We are acquaintances from my years at Tranan and also my years at The Chimney Pot, but actually me and Måns have worked in the same group of companies. I worked at Hallstedt & Hvid and he at Villmer, both part of the A-com Group. It was 15 years ago. (We did not know until today!)
Today Måns is a partner and co-founder at the advertising agency Pryce Hosk Associates and also the Ceo of design company Kurppa PHA that Pryce Hosk Associates is a partner of. Måns has a history as a copywriter, and writes whenever he finds the time for it. (Which obviously is less than in the past.)
Our lunch was mostly about entrepreneurship. Also what it means to work for yourself, alone. Or being part of something larger. We have done both and seem to have more or less the same experience.
Pryce Hosk Associates have clients such as SF Anytime and Altia. Kurppa PHA works for example with JC and Tele2.
Lunch: East at 12.00 on Wednesday the 24th of Februray 2010. What: We both had Tom Kai Ga. I asked for a “mild” one, which resulted in Måns getting all the spices. We had water, and I had a Coke as well. And some coffee after that for both of us.
